Description:
Something I came up with that I wanted to make it quick and tastes good at the same time....

I don't use flour or eggs to coat the chicken...that way it is healthier

note: on the picture I drowned the chicken with some thick gravy

Ingredients:
1 lb. of chicken legs (or just thighs)
half of a small bottle of Italian Dressing
3/4 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned)
1 tsp. Lemon Grass powder

Gravy:
leftover breadcrumb from coating (optional)
leftover oil on the pan/in the dish
1 tbsp of flour
1 cup of chicken broth

Directions:
marinate the chicken in italian dressing for at least overnight...if not at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix the breadcrumbs with lemon grass powder. coat the chicken one by one with the breadcrumbs mix. bake it for about 45 minutes (if the chicken pieces are big) and just to make sure that the chickens are cooked through...don't forget to flip.

note: you can also fry it with light oil on the pan.
